ZEB Technology
We design buildings such as offices, hotels, hospitals, retail stores, schools, and assembly halls as energy-efficient buildings made to reduce the impact on the environment (reduce CO2 emissions).
"In May 2021, we were registered as a ZEB Planner in the ""Net Zero Energy Building (ZEB) Demonstration Project"" conducted by the Sustainable open Innovation Initiative. As a certified ZEB Planner, we can respond to inquiries about ZEB from customers and receive orders for ZEB-related design and design-build projects.
Our head office building (Chiyoda City, Tokyo) was designed and constructed in-house to reduce energy consumption by 50% from the standard value, earning it ZEB Ready certification as an office building with excellent environmental performance."

Our Works
"A new chemical products factory at the Sumitomo Riko Komaki Plant, for which our company handled the construction, was completed in December 2024.
The new factory was designed to enable precise peak-load calculations, reduce heating and cooling demand, and maximize the use of renewable energy, resulting in an 88% reduction in primary energy consumption and earning ZEB certification. The solar panels installed on the entire surface of the roof are capable of generating approximately 700MWh of renewable energy per year, and any electricity exceeding the demand of the new factory is used at other factories on the same site."

Seismic isolation technology is applied to buildings ranging from apartments, schools, and hospitals to government buildings, museums, and more. Furthermore, vibration-damping technology is mainly applied to high-rise, steel-framed office buildings.

"IS Ginza Residence and IS Ginza Office, a building for which we handled the design and construction, was completed in 2020.
The customer desired a design that maximized the floor area ratio, resulting in a relatively high slenderness ratio, which placed significant structural stress on the building’s framework. In response, we proposed intermediate seismic isolation for the building. This proposal was evaluated and adopted based on its contribution to safety, livability, and enhancement of the building’s asset value.
Both the lower-level offices and upper-level residences remain fully occupied and in active use."
