Since our founding more than 90 years ago in 1933, we have always strived to keep our business in tune with the times and improve our technical capabilities to live up to the trust our customers place in us, both in Japan and abroad. We would like to express our sincere gratitude to our customers and all other stakeholders for their support and encouragement, which have made it possible for us to continue our business activities while responding to the ever-changing needs of society and the construction industry.
We have started a new medium-term management plan, titled “Medium-Term Management Plan 83”, which covers the period from FY2022 (81st term) to FY2024 (83rd term), with a slogan of “Aiming for sustainable growth in order to adapt to the accelerating changes in the business environment and focusing on reforming our management foundation with an emphasis on strengthening our technological capabilities.” Our basic policy consists of three items: 1) Reform our organization with the aim of improving work engagement, promote environmental improvements, and strengthen the development of autonomous human resources, 2) Heighten our comprehensive strength by improving our technical capabilities, and 3) Set priority areas corresponding to growth areas and strengthen our earnings base through focused investment.
Based on the improvement of our technical capabilities, our employees and officers will make every effort to live up to your trust with “sincerity, creativity, and enthusiasm”, aiming for sustainable growth even in a rapidly changing business environment, and we look forward to your continued support moving forward.
