Dome (Large Space)
Large area skeleton roof structure comprised of steel-framed grid 3-D trusses that are capable of covering an area with as much as 200-meter span.

Works
Kitakyushu Media Dome (completed in 1999) is one of the largest covered bicycle racing facilities in Japan with a 400-meter banked bicycle track inside an oval dome roof (major axis: 205m, minor axis:142m). The CFT incorporated frame supporting the roof and PC stepped flooring areas for spectator seating were constructed over a greatly reduced time frame.
